Getting started today is fast and simple. You can come into our office, call or e-mail us to discuss your specific needs. We will conduct a comparative rental analysis for your specific area. We will fax or e-mail it to you along with a personalized property management agreement. After we receive the signed property management agreement we can begin marketing and or managing your property management.

Property Management
  • Move-in, move-out coordination: We work with tenants to insure a smooth transition. Our managers take pictures to verify the property’s condition.
  • Enforcement of lease: Terms your property manager will ensure that tenants are in compliance with the terms of the lease including policies, parking restrictions or other clauses.
  • Scheduled property surveys. The only way to monitor the condition of the property is to lay eyes on it. We will schedule visits to the property.
  • Tenant public relations: We work hard to develop good will among our tenants and believe that happy tenants are good tenants.
  • Funds collection and distribution: Timely rent collection is a priority. We utilize electronic fund transfers to move funds to owners quickly as possible.
  • Compliance with laws: As a professional property management firm it is our job to stay up-to-date on the latest laws and regulations regarding rentals and we will ensure that yours is in compliance.

This plan is separate from property management. Once Document only service is complete we then hand the property and tenants to you.
